Bold headline: Stray Kids lead the World Albums year-end list, with KARMA not far behind, as Billboard prepares to unveil its full 2025 year-end charts.
The full rankings drop Tuesday after Billboard’s 2025 No. 1s Livestream, hosted by Druski, but ahead of the reveal, Billboard is sharing select top-10 recaps from the World Albums category.

Billboard will release the entire 2025 year-end chart lineup on Tuesday (Dec. 9) following the No. 1s Livestream. The festivities will be streamed on Billboard News YouTube and BillboardTV on Samsung TV Plus, starting at noon ET / 9 a.m. PT. Special guests are expected to stop by to celebrate the year’s chart-toppers.
Today’s feature highlights the top 10 World Albums for 2025, led by Stray Kids. Their 2024 album HOP sits at the top of the year-end list, continuing its strong run from Dec. 28, 2024, and maintaining the No. 1 spot through most of the 2025 tracking year (Oct. 26, 2024, to Oct. 18, 2025). Stray Kids also appear at No. 2 on the year-end recap with KARMA, their 2025 release, which opened at No. 1 on the weekly World Albums chart dated Sept. 6, 2025.

Billboard’s year-end compilations summarize aggregated metrics for artists, titles, labels, and contributors based on weekly chart activity from Oct. 26, 2024, through Oct. 18, 2025. The rankings reflect Luminate-based units, airplay, sales, and streaming data during each title’s chart run. Activities outside this tracking window aren’t counted, which explains some differences between these lists and other calendar-year recaps compiled by Luminate.
